Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Predix mobile application and related services, provided by Labters. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Predix is a sports prediction application that allows users to:

Make predictions on upcoming sports matches and events.
Earn points, badges, and streaks based on prediction accuracy.
Compete on global and friend based leaderboards.
View AI powered prediction insights and match statistics.
Challenge friends in head to head prediction competitions.

Predix is a free to play, entertainment and skill based platform. It does not constitute gambling in any form. No real money is required to play, wagered, or won at any point.

User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Not create more than one account per person.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or prediction outcomes through bots or automation.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Points, Tokens & Virtual Items

Virtual points and tokens within the app have no real world monetary value. They cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for cash or prizes. They are forfeited upon account termination.

AI Generated Content

The Service may provide AI powered predictions and insights for entertainment purposes only. These do not constitute professional sports advice. We make no warranties regarding their accuracy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Sports data and match information are provided by third party data providers; we do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labters and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
